How does Timeero calculate mileage?
Any travel speed that exceeds 4.47 miles per hour is included in the mileage traveled calculation. This way, we ensure that no time spent walking or stuck in traffic gets tracked for mileage purposes. In addition, whenever the employee moves 150 feet, the app captures their GPS location and timestamps it.
Who has access to my data?
All the data Timeero collects is completely confidential. The only persons who can access it are you and the staff you authorize through the app.
How long is the data kept?
All mileage tracking data is kept on your file for 4 years, so you can access it for further analysis or reference at any time.
