- If Timeero wishes to collect Personal Data from you that is considered Sensitive Personal Data, (e.g., biometric data collected for the purpose of identifying you, data concerning your health, or data revealing your religious, political, or philosophical beliefs, race, ethnicity), we will notify you and request consent before collection. Timeero does not collect Sensitive Personal Data without consent.

- You also may provide information that is published or displayed (“posted”) on public areas of websites belonging to Timeero or other third parties, or which may be transmitted to other users of the same (“User Content”). - If you work at Timeero or are applying to work at Timeero, Personal Data will be required in order for you to apply for, be considered for and maintain employment with Timeero.
B. Mobile Application Data.
If you download or use our mobile applications(s), we may collect, either through your mobile device or the application itself, your email address, your username, your mobile device identifier, hardware model, operating system version or mobile network information (as well as any additional registration data you provide to us). We may collect geolocation information and language preferences, which may be used for operational and product or service-related purposes, such as to customize information based on your location. We may also collect data related to your interaction with our mobile applications, crash data, performance data and other diagnostic data.
C. Personal Data from Third Parties.

Timeero Services are intended for and directed to adults, not children. If you are under 18, do not supply any Personal Data to any Timeero website for the purposes of purchasing or using a product or service. If you are under 18 and wish to purchase a Timeero product or use our Services, please ask your parent or guardian to handle these transactions for you. A. Managing Marketing Communications From Us.
We will honor your choices when it comes to receiving marketing communications from us. If you have received marketing communications from us that you no longer wish to receive, you may:
- Contact Us or adjust your customer account settings to manage your preferences regarding your Personal Data and your interactions with Timeero.
- If you have received electronic promotional communications from us and no longer wish to receive them, click the “unsubscribe” link in the promotional communication you received.
- For SMS messages, reply "STOP" or follow the instructions in the message or settings to discontinue the communications.
- If you are receiving push notifications from us to your mobile device and no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level.

Like most other companies, we are not currently configured to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because, at this time, no formal "Do Not Track" standard has been adopted.

Timeero or our authorized third parties may use social media features to gather certain information about you. These features may collect your IP address, log which page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these social media features are governed by the privacy policies and practices of the providing company.
9. DATA RETENTION AND YOUR ACCESS RIGHTS
Timeero retains and uses your information in accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations:
- We will retain your information as long as necessary to serve you, to maintain your account for as long as your account is active, or as otherwise needed to operate our business.
- When you close your account, we may continue to communicate with you about our Services, give you important business updates that may affect you, and let you know about products and services that may interest you, unless you have elected to not receive marketing communications from us.

At Timeero we:
