A property manager’s guide to setting up Custom Forms
1. Navigate to Company Settings and select the Custom Fields section.
2. Create your first field by choosing a type, such as a yes/no question, checklist, drop-down menu, or text response.
3. Name your field to create a clear prompt for your team, like "Check Fire Alarms" or "Log Tenant Complaints."
4. Assign the field to a specific job so it only appears when your team is performing that relevant task.
5. Require your team to complete these fields on the Timeero mobile app before they can clock out of a job.
6. Go to the Reports page to see all of your inspection data automatically organized in one place.
7. Generate a Custom Fields Report to see all the answers submitted by your team in the field.
8. Filter your report by employee, property, or date range to find the exact information you need in seconds.
9. Review the data, knowing every entry is linked to a timesheet, providing a complete audit trail of who, where, and when.
