How to Build Your First Custom Fields Report


A Step-by-Step Guide to Custom Field Reports

1. Navigate to the Reports page from the main menu.

2. Select the Custom Fields Reports option.

3. Click Create New Template in the top right corner to begin.

4. Define your report by selecting the specific users, date ranges, and custom fields you want to include.

5. Give your report a name and click Save as Template to easily run it again in the future.

6. Click Generate Report to see your data come to life.

7. Filter the results to show only the columns you need for a cleaner view.

8. Reorder columns by dragging and dropping them into your preferred layout.

9. Export your customized report as a CSV file. The download will reflect your filtered and reordered view.


Keep in Mind:
Your report will only include data from active custom fields. Archived fields will not appear as an option in the builder or in the final report.
