Easily integrate with Sandata and stay EVV compliant:
1. Go to Company Settings > General and enable EVV on your account.
2. While you’re here, enable “Allow users to choose a task when clocking in.”Go to Company Settings > EVV Settings and configure your sync preferences (manual or daily).
3. Click on Integrations, then select Sandata.
4. Go to Configuration and click Enable.
5. Enter your Entity ID, Account Number, Username, Password, Payer ID, and Payer Program.
6Return to Integrations > Sandata > Configuration and map tasks to procedure codes and modifiers.
7. Click EVV > Employees > Add Employee to create employees for the aggregator.
8. Enter the required information and click Add EVV Employee.
9. Map each EVV employee to a Timeero user using the dropdown.
10. Click EVV > Clients > Add Client to create EVV clients.
11. Enter the required information and click Add EVV Client.
12. Map each EVV client to a Timeero job using the dropdown.
13. Click EVV > Visits to view visit data.
14. Click "Submit" or "Resubmit" next to a visit to send it to Sandata.
15. (Optional) Select multiple visits and click Submit/Resubmit in bulk.
16. Go to EVV > Visits > Pending to view submitted claims.
17. Edit timesheets or mark visits as “Non Billable” if needed.
18. Go to EVV > Visits > Failed to review rejected claims and resubmit if necessary.
