Using Timeero’s Time Off Feature:
1. Go to Time Off from the main menu.
2. Create and manage time off categories such as Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave, or Personal Days.
3. Set up accrual rules to automatically track balances.
4. Employees can submit time off requests directly in the app.
5. Managers can view, approve, reject, or delete requests.
6. Use the Accrual & Balances tab to check used time, remaining balances, and carryovers.
7. Review the transaction history for a clear audit trail.Adjust balances or record time off manually when needed.
