How to track employee time across multiple job sites without manual clock-ins

Segmented Tracking: Track every job, drive, and stop automatically

Set up Segmented Tracking:

1. Log into your web dashboard.
2. Go to "Company Settings" > "Segmented Tracking."
3. Set your speed threshold (determines when driving is captured).
4. Set your idle threshold (determines when stops are captured).
5. Click "Save."

View employee timelines:

1. Go to "Time & Mileage."
2. Locate the timesheet and click the car icon.
3. View the complete segmented breakdown: every job, drive, and stop.

Generate reports:

1. Go to "Reports" > "Segmented Tracking Reports."
2. Select your date range and report type (By Job, By Mileage, or All).
3. Click "Generate Report" and export.


Note: Segmented Tracking is available as an add-on to Pro, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Go to "Account & Billing" > "Purchase" to add it to your subscription.
