Introducing Hero, Timeero’s Golden Retriever mascot created to bring more warmth and personality into Timeero. Hero reflects what we stand for: reliability, loyalty, and approachability. You’ll start seeing him in small but meaningful ways across the platform starting in August 2025.
Already using Timeero?
Meet Hero, your new companion inside the platform.
At Timeero, we’ve always been about more than just tracking time and mileage. Our goal is to help businesses like yours simplify workforce management with tools you can trust.
Most software solutions are great at solving problems, but their approach often seems impersonal and transactional, lacking one critical component – human touch.
Recognizing that companies value communication and human interaction, we asked ourselves what kind of companion would best represent our brand, the answer was easy: a dog.
And that’s how the idea for Hero started.
Why a dog? Why a Golden Retriever?
Dogs have earned the title of “man’s best friend” for a reason. Their trustworthy nature and natural instincts make them the perfect partner for tough jobs where humans can’t go alone. But it was the unique ability they have to connect with the human race that stood out to us most.
The loyalty and dependability demonstrated by dogs across the world are the exact qualities we want people to experience when they use Timeero.
When we thought about which breed we wanted to represent Timeero, we looked for a dog that was adaptable and approachable. The Golden Retriever has both of those qualities, and more. One of the most loved breeds in the United States, the Golden Retriever is best known for its easygoing, friendly, and reliable nature. They are the perfect fit for families of all sizes, a trait they share in common with Timeero.
How we designed Hero
Designing Hero was a thoughtful process. We wanted a mascot that truly represented what Timeero stands for – reliability, trust, support, and approachability.
We began by constructing moodboards to explore multiple design concepts:
Minimalistic designs were clean and modern but lacked personality
Realistic renderings offered detail and recognizability but felt too formal and less approachable
Cartoon sketches brought warmth and playfulness while still feeling professional
In the end, our team chose a cartoon-style Golden Retriever as the official company mascot. Hero feels friendly yet professional, making him the perfect fit for Timeero.
Where you’ll meet Hero
You’ll start seeing Hero across Timeero in small ways at first. His presence won’t change how you use the platform, but he will make your experience within the app more friendly.
To start, you might see Hero in:
Onboarding and support docs where he helps guide you through setup and answers FAQs
In-app tips and reminders with small nudges to make things easier
Customer support chat where Hero shows up as the icon (but you’ll still be talking to an actual person)
A friendlier future with Timeero
Hero is just the beginning of how we’re making Timeero more approachable, supportive, and people-focused. You’ll see him more often in the months ahead, adding value and personality to your Timeero experience.
