Segmented Tracking works offline as well as online. It can track your employees’ time and location even with low or no Internet connection. The app records the data from the moment your employees clock in and syncs it to the system when they have Internet access again. Segmented Tracking ensures you don’t miss any data, no matter where your employees work.
Segmented Tracking is an add-on feature for our Pro, Premium & Enterprise Plan users. If you’re already subscribed to Timeero, you can activate Segmented Tracking by purchasing the feature from the Account & Billing page.
Employers can see a visual timeline of an employee’s activities at a glance and easily monitor their performance and productivity. The timeline shows each business trip, including mileage & duration, and time spent at different locations or jobs. Employers can easily compare time spent on site vs. travel time and identify areas for improvement, such as reducing idle or driving time.
Segmented Tracking shows you the location and time of each stop your employees make during their workday. Depending on how you set up your account, it can display the visited site as an address or a job name. If you use Jobs, you can assign a specific name to a particular location. Timeero will recognize it whenever your employees visit it. If you don’t use jobs, or if your employees stop at a site that is not a job in your account, Timeero will show the location’s address instead. You can find detailed information in our Help Article.
