    Configure it per job site
    Add the address, draw the geofence, and pick the behavior. For complex sites, polygon geofencing gives you a precise boundary instead of a circle.

    Your team arrives and Timeero clocks them in
    The app detects the geofence entry, waits 1 minute to confirm they're on-site, then clocks them in. When they leave, it waits a minute before clocking them out. Recorded times reflect actual arrival and departure — not when the clock-in or clock-out was completed.

    Your crew gets notified automatically
    A push notification confirms the clock-in or clock-out. No action needed from them.

    Timesheets are ready for payroll
    Every entry is GPS-verified and timestamped. Export directly to QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, and more.
⚠️ Important: Auto Clock-In/Out requires Work Schedule Settings to be configured. Without a schedule, employees won't be clocked in automatically — even when they arrive at a geofenced site.
