How to Track Time and Mileage for Reimbursement
With Sage Intacct

🚀 Connect Timeero to Sage Intacct

1. 1 Log in to your Timeero admin account.
2. 2 Go to Integrations > Sage.
3. 3 Click Configuration, then select Enable.
4. 4 Enter your Sage Intacct credentials and log in.

✓ Your Sage account is now connected to Timeero.

⚙️ Configure the Integration

1. 1 Select the Entity that matches your Sage Intacct account.
2. 2 Choose how data should export: •Enable Billable Time to mark exported hours as billable. •Enable Mileage Expenses to send mileage as employee expenses.
3. 3 Click Configure Mappings to align data between systems.

👥 Map Employees

1. 1 Open Configure Mappings > Employees.
2. 2 Select the matching Timeero user for each Sage employee.
3. 3 Click Map Employee to link them.

✓ Employees are now connected across both systems.

💼 Map Projects and Tasks

1. 1 Go to Configure Mappings > Projects and match Sage projects to Timeero jobs.
2. 2 Open Tasks and match Sage tasks to Timeero tasks.

💰 Map Payroll Codes and Mileage

1. 1 Open Earning Codes and map the Sage codes for: •Regular hours •Overtime •Double overtime
2. 2 In Mileage Expense, select the correct expense type and currency.

📤 Export Time & Mileage

1. 1 Go to Reports in Timeero.
2. 2 Generate a report by date range or user.
3. 3 Click Export > Sage Intacct.

✓ Timeero sends approved time and mileage directly to Sage.

After export, your data appears in Sage:
